The action running on repeat illustrates, in a minimalist and naïve visual style, that the words we speak to other people come back to us as "food", and it would be ideal not to let this process unfold automatically and without the intention of giving something good to others, to ensure that what we get back is beneficial to us.
"The animation Karma speech (2022), including a sequence of self-portraits made in charcoal, presents a multifaceted reflection on the self and, at the same time, represents the artist’s intention to test the limits of the medium in which she works, approaching animation as the extended space of drawing."
