Freehand Digital Drawing Documented by Real-time Video Screen Capturing
My practice is currently undergoing a shift from a reference-assisted type of image to a freehand drawn perceptual-based one. I am looking to transfer my proficiency in realist pictorial rendering towards controlling how the minimalist visual information I put in one picture is perceived by the viewer, so to generate multiple variations of pseudo-photographic resources.
I want to make pictures out of dots, or other informal markings, that would look as they were originated from various photographs, different for each viewer. I follow the idea that nothing could be more real than the visual projections of the viewer. In this respect, the viewer would be the most achieved painter and gazing at the artwork and making visual connections would become an entertaining thing to do, as it will be gratified by the image formation.
